Shipping policy

DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

OpsKit Co. currently sells digital products delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped for products identified as digital downloads.

After successful payment, customers will receive access to their purchased digital product electronically. Delivery may be provided through a download link, order confirmation page, email, customer account, or other electronic delivery method provided through our store.

Digital orders are generally fulfilled automatically after successful payment. In some cases, payment processing, fraud screening, or technical issues may delay delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining compatible software and equipment required to open and use the purchased files.

If you complete a purchase but do not receive or cannot access your download, please contact OpsKit Co. at carterdanien@gmail.com so we can assist with access or delivery.

Because these products are delivered digitally, no shipping charges apply unless a product listing specifically states otherwise.
