5. DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE

Digital products sold by OpsKit Co., including spreadsheets, calculators, templates, systems, guides, and related downloadable materials, are licensed rather than sold with unrestricted ownership rights.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, purchase grants the original purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and customize the purchased digital product for internal use within one business organization.

You may use the product in operating your business and customize it for your own internal business purposes.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, publish, publicly upload, give away, or otherwise distribute copies of the product, whether in its original or modified form.

You may not offer the product, a substantially reproduced version of its protected design or content, or a modified version as a competing template, downloadable product, digital resource, or other competing digital product without prior written permission from OpsKit Co.

This license does not claim ownership over general business ideas, pricing concepts, mathematical methods, formulas, or facts.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by OpsKit Co.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services and original materials made available by OpsKit Co., including our branding, text, graphics, workbook designs, layouts, documentation, original content, and digital products, are owned by OpsKit Co. or its licensors and may be protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited license expressly granted for purchased products, nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership interest in OpsKit Co.’s intellectual property.

OpsKit Co.’s names, logos, product names, designs, and branding may not be used in a manner that falsely suggests affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

7. BUSINESS TOOL DISCLAIMER

OpsKit Co. products are provided as business planning, calculation, organization, and informational tools.
